This is Me

I am the person who brings you sunny skies across the Anglia region for ITV. Contrary to popuar belief, I do know what I am talking about, I am not a 'weather bimbo' and I didn't grow up at a circus.

I started to appear on your screens in 2003 after an 8 month stint behind the scenes as a Production Journalist. Before this I'd worked for Norwich's Broadland 102 FM on the Rob and Chrissie show. You'd know me better as 'Wicked Wendy'. In a rather more sedate office up the Acle Straight, I was honing my newshound skills for the Great Yarmouth and Waveney Advertiser. This was after I'd completed a Media and Communications course at Goldsmiths College, London.

These days I can be found pointing to sunshine symbols on a map of East Anglia, wielding a hockey stick for a Norwich team, singing in a soul and funk band and running away from clowns.
